With a personal fitness guide to help you through BOOTCAMP , you will set yourself up for fitness success.
During a 6 week session you will create a fitness map personalized to reach your fitness goals. Group settings allow for accountability and a fitness community to be created.

Bootcamp session details:
6 weeks
18 classes
3 classes / week
2 BOOTCAMP classes ~ EVERY Monday and Friday
&
1 choice group fitness class ~ at client discretion during the week.
Each client will receive:

Initial client check in, goal setting and basic skills test

Mid session client check in, goal calibration and skill evaluation

Final client check out, goal celebration and final skills evaluation with participation award.

Each session cost $110 (tax included)
