CLASSES

R.I.P.P.E.D –The One Stop Body Shock™ is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. Class. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.

     Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weights, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.—Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

     The deliberate combination of the R.I.P.P.E.D. elements and how they are precisely organized in the R.I.P.P.E.D. class format provide the basis for The One Stop Body Shock™ System, by stimulating both, different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment, changing the focus and activities every 6 to 9 minutes.

     Along with driving, motivating music, participants jam through R.I.P.P.E.D. with smiles, determination and strength. No boredom here, for ALL levels, R.I.P.P.E.D. is effective, it’s tough yet doable; R.I.P.P.E.D. will absolutely challenge your levels of fitness and endurance!

Nia Workout

Nia tones your mind and tunes your body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.

Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

Nia is practiced barefoot, non-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Nia classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.

 

 

 

MiXXedFit is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp-inspired toning!   

 

 

 

 

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga is a class for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Gently stretch your body, and breathe your stress away while having fun. This class will focus on fluid movements to increase range of motion and increase joint and muscle flexibility.

 

Basic Yoga

class is designed for beginners and for those who want to refine their existing practice and perhaps move at a slower pace.

 Encouraged to listen to their bodies as you are the true teacher and to work and explore at your own pace. 

Offering options for more challenging poses as well as options to challenge and deepen your practice.

This class will emphasize the basic Yoga poses with some focus on alignment, core stability and flexibility.

We will also concentrate on breathing as it allows for deep relaxation and rejuvenates and nourishes every cell in your body.

The intention is that all who attend this class leaves feeling relaxed, energized and joyful.

 

 

 

Get Flexy, Stretchy and Strong with PiYo Strength!         Yoga rebels wanted!!

If you want to get strong but don’t want to sit still, this rhythmic dynamic, total-body workout is for you!With a constant flow of moves set to upbeat and empowering music, you’ll burn some serious calories while you build stability, strength and flexibility.

The mantra is POWER!

 

 

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

 

 

 

Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience Med-high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, even "P.E." style games & obstacle courses, each class brings its own unique challenges.
